In our offer we have a wide range of unique programmes; these are author project. Their special character shows in the original handling of the subjects and using unconventional techniques and work tools. In some of the programs, to Clients who value most innovative trends in business trainings, we offer the application of strategies used in the psychology of sport or methods of organization arrangement for presenting especially difficult problems and phenomena in the working environment. The key task of the author workshops is discovering individual employee resources and then motivating the workers to use them in their everyday work in order to optimize organization outcomes.
